So often, when we think about change ("I need to lose weight, improve my relationship, save money, decorate my house"), we think of the big picture and everything it will involve. We plan, we organize, we begin... and we get overwhelmed.So overwhelmed, in fact, that we go back to our old ways, feel frustrated, and keep on keeping on, until we're ready to start again.
