Sometimes you and your daughter just need to call “time-out” to really connect with each other and learn new ways of nourishing your bodies, minds and spirits. Our mom-daughter retreats are truly delicious – a very kind-to-you way of slowing the pace and learning some new skills in a warm, supportive, nurturing environment with other women and girls. These retreats are creatively and expertly designed to enhance a trusting, loving connection that strengthens and nourishes this important relationship, for both moms and girls; while supporting growing girls in learning how to care for, respect, and love their bodies and themselves.

They generally involve hands-on cooking, connecting and activities that help girls learn about caring for their one-of-a-kind bodies.
